Review and recommend ways to efficiently manage working capital.
Develop quarterly, annual, and long-term financial plans and forecasts.
Develop and track key operating and financial performance indicators.
Manage all aspects of the corporate and accounting operations including the bookkeeping, review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and statutory reporting
Prepare and file HST, WSIB, and Payroll tax filings
Prepare monthly variance analysis for P&L and balance sheet items
Prepare and guide year-end and audit/ compilation engagements
Maintain relationships and coordinate with stakeholders including banks, lenders, external accountants, and auditors as required
Manage risks and their impacts; create awareness of risks with both internal and external stakeholders.
